Hey everyone, I am back from vacation (not that I announced I was going on vacation but lmao).. I start work again tomorrow And will also be starting on commissions within the next few days. Please be patient as I have a full-time job as well!

Anyway, I hope this year will be a good one. I'm wanting to be truer to myself and who I really am-- with that I wish to announce I began gender hormone therapy back in October. I've been on T for almost 3 months now, and it has brought a lot of exciting changes. I have been feeling more confident in myself- it's been such a nice thing for me. Not really out to everyone or even my co-workers, so it's a work in progress. I know I don't usually share personal information here but I want it to be encouraging for anyone who may see this journal and need such encouragement. I am getting a lot of support from my loving partner and my mother, and even the Store Manager at my job, so it's going well so far. Top surgery is planned for hopefully sometime in April/May.

I have other goals in mind for the year:

-Get my commission/art more out there so it can actually support me financially enough to where I can drop to a part-time job (big dream of mine)
-Finally start drawing my webcomic I have had written up and revising for the last few years
-Go to a few cons I really want to go to this year (AX and San Japan)
-Continue not giving a shit about haters
-Get back on track with my workouts

I hope you guys have a good start to the New Year, and that is ends up being prosperous for everyone
